Shipping

  • All domestic shipping is free.
  • Currently we are only shipping to valid addresses within the United States. 
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via USPS [usually within 3-4 business days].
  • Delivery times will vary depending on location. If you do not receive a tracking notification after 7 business days of placing your order please email support@theplantdrip.co.
  • THEPLANTDRIP.CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double check your address before submitting your order.

Returns

Due to COVID-19, we are not offering returns at this time. 

  • All products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged for shipment. However, if your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us  at support@theplantdrip.co within 14 days of delivery so we can do our best to make it right. Please be sure to include your order number and photos of the defective product. 

  • Potting mats will have folding marks and creases but are not defective.
